FAQs

  • Because we created this collective to make finding a thoughtful, relationship-centered therapist easier. Every therapist here is a marriage and family therapist who values one thing above all: connection — to yourself, your values, your story, and the people who matter most. We believe therapy should reflect how relationships shape your well-being, and we’re here to walk with you through that journey.

  • MFTs are trained to look at the whole picture — not just the symptoms. Relationships, culture, family patterns, stress, identity — all of it matters.

Whether you’re coming as an individual, couple, or family, MFTs are uniquely equipped to explore what’s happening between people, not just within them. That means the work can go deeper, and the results can reach further — into how you connect, heal, and grow.

  • There’s no one-size-fits-all answer. Some people come in for just a few sessions to work through a specific issue. Others stay longer to explore deeper patterns or shifts they want to make. We’ll check in along the way and you’ll always have a voice in the pace and direction of your therapy.

  • The relationship matters more than any specific technique. You should feel seen, respected, and safe to be yourself. If something doesn’t feel like a good fit, we’re always open to feedback and we’ll help you find someone who feels right.

  • We are currently private pay and can provide superbills for potential reimbursement. We’re happy to walk you through the process during your visit.
